STA. CATALINA MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE: IS NOW OFFICIALLY LICENSED TO PRODUCE AND SUPPLY DOST-FNRI IRON-FORTIFIED RICE!
We’re proud to share this exciting milestone — Sta. Catalina Multi-Purpose Cooperative is now an accredited partner in promoting better nutrition through Iron-Fortified Rice!
Thank you to DOST XII – Cotabato Provincial Office for the trust and partnership. This achievement is a big step forward in our mission to serve healthier and stronger communities.
During the Day 2 of the DOST-FNRI Technology Transfer Training, Sta. Catalina Multi-Purpose Cooperative successfully completed the on-site, hands-on training on Iron-Fortified Rice (IFR) production — held right at Rice Mill 2, Annex Compound, Brgy. Labu-o, President Roxas, Cotabato on May 29, 2025.
With the expert guidance of DOST-FNRI and the full support of DOST XII – Cotabato Provincial Office, our team gained practical skills in operating and maintaining IFR equipment — paving the way to officially receive our Technology Licensing Agreement (TLA)
We are proud to be the FIRST licensed IFR producer and supplier in North Cotabato — committed to promoting better nutrition, food innovation, and community well-being.
